I have used Jeremiah and Desert Sun twice and won’t ever use anyone else. Two to three years ago I had them check my roof and skylights. They repaired and sealed a few spots but told my everything else was good to go for another 2-3 years. That first visit they were so quick to respond it amazed me, they were courteous, fair and highly competent. Well, the 2-3 years has gone by. Sunday evening we had a monsoon storm with lots of rain and wind. A skylight in a bathroom leaked. We found water pooled on the floor. First thing Monday AM I called Jeremiah and, as the rains had just started, he was very busy, but would try to get to me this week. By 5:45 this morning Jeremiah had made it to our house, repaired the flashing seal on two skylights, and texted me that he was done! Jeremiah followed up with pictures, told me what to watch for and a timeline for re-coating the roof. So efficient, so timely, so competent, so fair! And goes beyond the immediate need!
