The owner stays involved in the entire process, providing project timeline information, updates on job progress and ensures that all customer questions and/or concerns are addressed. Their involvement does not end when the job is finished: the owner stays in contact with the homeowner to ensure they are pleased with the job and, in my case where repairs were included, that no leaks have occurred during the monsoon season.
